Maintenance. Also included (1) onsite per quarter. The cost for these services is to enable us to fulfill this contract
we will need to install at your cost PC Anywhere software on your computers to allow remote servicing.
Enhanced Plan
Updates, File Maintenance, Backups, and CompuWatch for virus. Also included (1) onsite per quarter. The cost for these services is to enable us to fulfill this contract we will need to install at your cost PC Anywhere software on your computers to allow remote servicing.
Standard Plan
Updates, File Maintenance, Backups, and Virus Scan. Also Included (1) onsite per quarter. The cost for these services is to enable us to fulfill this contract we will need to install at your cost PC Anywhere software on your computers to allow remote servicing.
What Comes With Contracts
Virtual Repairs:
Customer’s Server or Networked computer(s) calls OneStop Computer Technology Solutions, Inc. (OCTS)
alerting us of problems. Such problems are then resolved remotely. No Technician visits. OCTS logs and reports such activity to customer.File Maintenance:
OCTS maintains backup schedules of daily backups making sure system is backing up properly, and
remotely resolves from our site and system errors detected or reported.
